Weddings and Events
Our cut flowers are grown and picked freshly from our field for your event from April - October. From beautiful narcissus and tulips in spring to stunning dahlias in Autumn, we grow only the most desirable flower varieties lovingly from seed or bulb, ready to adorn your homes and events throughout the British flower season.
Our DIY flower buckets contain over 65 stems of flowers, fillers, foliage and grasses for you to create your own arrangements and are priced at £70 each. Flower buckets will contain the best of what is growing in the field at the time of your event, so will feature a ‘growers choice’ of blooms. Due to the the unpredictability of growing flowers outdoors in Britain we cannot include any specific varieties of flowers within our flower buckets, however we can work towards a colour scheme if required.
Below we have given a rough guideline of how many stems may be used in the most common types of arrangements. When calculating how many buckets you may need, think about what kind of arrangements you want to create and how many. Once you know this you can add up the numbers - it’s always best to allow yourself some spares just in case! Please note that this is a guide only, size/shape of blooms and the desired look can effect the overall number of flowers needed:
Bridal Bouquet: 30-50 stems
Bridesmaid Bouquets: 20-40 stems
Buttonholes: 3-5 stems
Jam Jars: 10-15 stems
Bottles: 1-5 stems
Larger vase arrangements: 20-60 stems
